Looks like the plumber is having to clean out the drains and sewers, the NRL should look at this situation and see that the current board has come to power to fix it, guess your dislike of the plumber will never see that

So Kate McClymont basically talked about Spags had introduced 3rd party payments but kept them off the books.

He then channel these payments through this Abdullah company and used the cash in his own property development deals.

Why keep them off the books ? So Roy can get hand hands on the money I assume.

Kate also said that she has another exposé going to print in a few days about another club.

Yes I was one of those who thought that Spags could turn the club around in 2009 and making the GF was a good start. But getting into the GF had more to do with Ando, Hayne, fui, morts, EGJ , Caylo, hiney etc.

People said to me back then that Spags would bring this club down due to his so called "business acumen" and his colourful connections". I didn't believe them because we made the GF but 3 spoons later and this corruption exposed makes me wonder. Will he get off? Jake seems to thinks so. But will the Eels recover? I hope so?

Is there actually anything against NRL salary cap rules in what has been alleged to have happened in the articles above?

I presume this is how non-registered third party agreements actually work, or am I missing something?
