If you read it carefully, the manager hasn't said that it was him. He just said it was "tomfoolery" that teammates sent around the photo.

I think that one of the teammates found a photo, thought it resembled Monaghan and decided it would be funny to send it around saying it was Monaghan.

The manager or Joel really need to clear this up.

If this is what happened, this teammate(s) is going to be in A LOT of trouble.
