Parra have bought Ian Hindy as a like-for-like replacement for Morrison, Lowrie for Widders, Finch for Morris.

Exact same formation as your successful 2005 side, except with Ian Hindy replacing Morro, Lowrie replacing Widders, Finch replacing Morris, Hayne replacing McKinnon, & Tsoulos or Cordoba replacing Stringer. Wagon would offer depth, could replace anyone out of Ian Hindy, Robbo & Lowrie, Inu would be pushing for a spot in the centres, & if the Lowrie experiment doesn't work but you still want an impact player off the bench rather than a solid option like Wagon, you always have big Feleti Mateo. It's still looking better then my hopeless Roosters side for 2007 - no FG standard props except for Nutley.

You don't need Paul Gallen or Luke O'Donnell (who will end up at Roosters anyway) unless Wagon, Ian Hindy, Lowrie, Robbo & Mateo ALL flop badly.

Parra will get Gallen either from an early release or when he comes off contract as the replacement for Morrison. Roosters will buy O'Meley & O'Donnell as the replacements for Cayless & Morley. That's the strong goss down here.

i was at a function with a close friend of luke's and he was very certain of him going to the roosters,but saying that stuart was still coach at that time and stuart was the one that really wanted him..so who knows now
