there would be two different charges
what a stupid analogy
i've never even heard of anyone being fined for 1kmh over
perhaps you shold read up on the assault that occurred. the victim required surgery
You obviously don't know of how speeding fines work in Melbourne then. If you do 1km over you can get fined, just like my fathers ex gf did.
So to try and get my head around what you were saying earlier. If I bash someone and they need some minor surgery on a broken nose. Are you saying the penalty should be the same as if I bash someone to the point where they need surgery for 6 broken bones, and 2 kidneys that have been beaten so badly that the person needs dialysis for the rest of their life. Are you saying that both charges of GBH should cop the same sentence? Because going by what you wrote earlier, you do believe that is the case.
What was wrong with my analogy from earlier? I thought it demonstrated your black and white thinking to a tee :?
lol, Inglis charged a few bucks and turned up to some group meeting for an hour or 2. Such a suitable punishment for bashing his missus
El drongo getting reamed again:lol:
Forum's greatest chin leader.

seems you are right
because as it turns out GBH is worse than what Packer was charged with
and you did your analogy having not done any research on the GBH conviction
But the AFL guy has not been sentenced,
Did it hurt your fingers when typing the above Fonzie?
he has been found guilty though
Packer was not allowed to be registered even before he went court
Maybe, it is just the way the Mexicans do their shit (wait for the final result - ie: sentence, before taking action.)
Who knows, they are weird pricks.
you crack one when you read my posts
it's in WA
still doesn't explain why he hasn't been deregistered
this is what the victim thinks http://www.perthnow.com.au/news/wes...breaking-his-jaw/story-fnhocxo3-1226786975658

Dude, your posts are like anti-vigara unless, you're a far right wing gay lesbian neo nazi conversative.
Yea Tony.
So the NRL has to copy the AFL in all respects now?
I'd suspect one of the difference (apart from the aggregated nature of the Packer assault) was the fact that he plead guilty, whilst the AFL guy plead no guilty, claiming self defense.
