Both edge players tackled their guts out and left the attack to the centres. It’s almost like the halves shifted directly to the centres regularly. Because both edge players didn’t see the ball, low in hitups and passes.

I think Cini is one of those players that if he got picked in 1st grade he would really step up. He is still adjusting to moving from centre to wing but he always gives 100%

I guess ultimately it comes down to how he goes in opposed sessions vs the NRL side, hits his KPIs and if Cini poses a better option than those ahead of him. I tend to think the same as you about Cini and cannot bring myself to like Simonsson’s game. Yes, he runs hard, but can’t bend the line. He doesn’t have a tackle break in him and he never finds himself in a position to offload to his winger because he’s not good enough.

On the upside, I am pleased that we Cini on Dev contract to 24 cos it’s obvious that there’s something there.

He's only played a handful of nrl games, I don't think he's ready for that level of intensity

He goes that hard that he emptys the tank every week. His minutes of full tempo are improving but SOO is another level. If he comes off the Qld bench for 20 it will be like 40 mins for most others. He would go even harder. Id love to see him on the Qld bench.
