And that's the thing with youngsters. The ones that stand out are all great at a couple of things, which gets them noticed (especially by fans). But it's all the stuff they're not good at that makes them a liability in first grade.

Young blokes generally have a lot of things to fix, and first grade usually isn't the best place for them to do that.
