Ok, maybe I'm just naive, but I don't understand how this would benefit Rayo. I see how it's a pain in the ass for Real as they'll have a backlog of matches later in the season when they play the rematch, but how is there any advantage to RV?...
Didn't mean that they did it because of the hassle. From what I've read Vallecas where Rayo is based, is one of the more 'radical' suburbs of Madrid so a rebellious stunt like this doesn't surprise me given their supporter base.
Well it turns out the rematch will happen tonight, so considering this and the fact that there is no travel involved, being from the same city, it's a pretty minor disruption at the end of the day...
