How do you know that? Because you saw them online?
Just because you see moderators visiting the forum doesnt mean that they are involved in some conspiracy. It doesnt even mean they are here in the forums.
Unless you have CCTV set up in every household, you have no idea what they are doing. Throw in the ability for people to hide their online presence and all of a sudden, you really are in the dark.
At best, looking at people's online presence is an unreliable source of information.
People seem to imagine that by seeing a user name pop up or go away they are literally tracking someone's movements.
I know that there's a better than even chance that you have a computer turned on somewhere - but even this is not conclusive.
I see names on the forum here today but for all I know, you all might be having bath.
If you don't mind me saying, this is one of the problems. There's far too much guess work and finger pointing going on.
Action was taken because of what was happening in the forums (not on msn... I do not take action because of things being said on msn).
I never mentioned who the mod was and I didnt even say if it was a Sharks moderator.
And I'm not going to divulge that information.
I'm a little surprised that someone decided to make an issue of that minor detail.
I'm the one who flicked the switch following what was deemed to be a valid complaint. As I said, the buck stops here and everything after that is pure speculation.
I only thought it appropriate to clear Fizman because you quite obviously had the wrong end of the stick.
Personally, I can't see what the fuss is all about. My friendly advice is that you stick with talking about things you know about. Try sport.
