City of London? London metropolitan, greater London, which london do you want them to have?
Should Salford get Manchester? Or st Helen’s Liverpool? Maybe hull clubs should get East Yorkshire and Lancashire?

There has to be Black and white zero muddiness around each criteria for grading otherwise the RFL will be tied up in appeals for years on end. You can already see fans whinging about gantry size and pixels on the big screens.

Keep it black and white and at least everyone knows exactly what is being measured.

If they did expand Bradford would be a good chance of overtaking London imo

I reckon York has a better chance than Bradford and London imo. I definitely agree London should be in Super League, but Toulouse and York would also do wonders for expanding the reach of the league.

The good thing is that all of the next highest ranking side are good size towns and or expansionary locations.

Yeah I don’t think London’s reach should be restricted to the suburb that their ground is in, as an example.
If the NRL did the same thing would the Storm get Greater Melbourne? Would the Raiders get the ACT plus surrounding NSW area? or just the area near Bruce?

York has always had potential and with a new ground now

North Yorkshire so away from Leeds and Wakey etc

If Bradford get back to super league they will average over 10k easily though and they being large away fans to Leeds wakey cas etc

Bradford is too big of a club for English rugby league to ignore

Bradford is sleeping giant. Toulouse can be as strong as Catalans. Need combined Manchester & investors from London & Paris, well maybe that last location. M62 corridor has population of 13 million. Occitania has 6 million. Build around that base.
