From the tv overlay I saw today, Morris didn’t seem to have anyone on his outside so I made an assumption.

I’ll be buggered if I noticed his number. My impression (as incorrect as turned out to be) was that Morris was at the end of some right-to-left play and scored in the corner as most wingers do.

Personally, I would’ve thought the answer is straightforward.

Merrin for Latimore.
Thompson for Leilua, whose fitness and consistency at NRL level is questionable.
