RVP 2 - 1 Koscielny

Watching the game I can't fathom the idea that we scored all the goals. That if it wasn't for a fluke we'd have won 2-0. They had so much more possession, so many more chances. Szcz and RVP were world class. Our midfield was not good except for the goals we set up. Sagna is crucial to our chances. Good to see Diaby finish a game without breaking anything.

A week ago I'd have been over the moon for 6 points from Tottenham and at Liverpool. We finally have some momentum in the league. Tottenham loses next like I expect them to and all of a sudden we're 4 points from third.

He didn't finish the game...

He lasted 28 minutes before being subbed off.

Great result. We were fckn poor and probably didn't deserve the win but 3 points is 3 points and Man U have been living off jammy wins for years so it's about time we got one.

Szczesny's double save was awesome and as good was RvP was i'd give MotM to him. If it wasn't for him RvP's stunner would have been a consolation goal instead of the winner.

We did ourselves proud which is all you could ask for. It should do our confidence the world of good. The frustrating thing is if we were even half mediocre at Milan we'd be in the final 8 right now.

What's goin on with Rosisky. I hadn't seen him play well for about three years and he's been carving it up the last few weeks

He's been a very pleasant surprise. For a long time I had him in the same boat as Arshavin. I think he might have seen Arshavin get shipped out and he didn't want the same fate so decided to give it 100% when he plays.

i think the extended run in the team has given him his form back

Exactly.

This is a guy who prior to this month, hadn't played regularly in three years.

Tomas has always been my favourite Arsenal player, so I'm overjoyed at his recent form and deserving accolades :)

Regarding the Milan game; it's frustrating, but yet pleasing at the same time. The team showed a f*ckload of spirit and determination to win 3-0, especially considering we had two fit midfielders in the entire squad. Remember, this was against AC Milan ffs.

One goal at the San Siro and we'd be through... :(

Ryo Miyaichi, all of 19 years old, has been named MOTM in Boltons win today. Cannot wait till he comes back. He is the real deal. Has scored 10 goals in his first 19 career starts, today he created 7 chances and got an assist.

With Miyaichi a good chance of doing next year what AOC has done this year and Wilshere the year before, Wengers ability to develop superstars is as good as ever.

RVP-Podolski-Walcott-Miyaichi-AOC-Wilshere-Song-Gibbs-Verm-Kos-Sagna-Scz is a very good 1st XI.

Gervinho-Rosicky-Ramsey-Diaby-Per, and suddenly we have something resembling depth.

The ONLY question mark is LB. Still not convinced by Gibbs and Santos. But if LB is your only problem, you've got it good.

He's been Bolton's best player in every game hes played. He did struggle for most of the game on the right being up against someone close to being as fast as he is.

I'm pretty sure it's his first game ever on the right. From the Feyenoord games i caught last year he was starting on the left and so far for Bolton he has been on the left.

If we do end up getting Podolski i'd want to loan Ryo out for the first six months and have him come back for the second half with a bit more experience under his belt.

Can't help but laugh at Loserpool as well. If it were anyone else managing them he would've been fired weeks ago. 1 win in 2012 so far in the PL. That CC trophy has papered over the cracks though so hopefully he sticks around for a while longer and is still manager come recruitment time. Can't wait to see Lee Cattermole and Jay Bothroyd running around at Anfield.

Spurs chocking. Loserpool being shit. Chelsea struggling against a 10 men Stoke. Great weekend.

Win tomorrow and we are one behind Spurs with a better points differential.

Ever since he came over from Dortmund he has been a favourite. Doesn't have much speed anymore but his awareness and touch are still first class.

Ramsey still seems to young to put a consistant season together. He is performing like the young Arsenal teams of the last few years where we die in the second half of the season. Perhaps the struggle this year will mature these guys enough for a title run next season. If we sign the right players.

We still need a World Class DM and as said a LB, oh and a striker cause that van persie bloke is terrible

Song is the best DM in the premiership. Hands down.

So far this season :

* Nine assists this season - Including two match winners : Liverpool last week and Everton earlier in the season. And ;

* Averages one throughball per game (more than Silva and Modric).

VERMAELEEENNNNNNNNN!!!!!

Thank f**k we got out of that with 3. Missed so many chances i thought it was going to be another one of those games.

That's 19 points we've won from winning positions now this season. Considering we were leading the league with 16 i'm assuming we are still leading with 19. I honestly don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Obviously it's great we show character and pull out a result but we shouldn't really be getting into that position as often as we are. Considering we have already lost 8 and were in losing positions another 7 times.

As good as those stats are, they are not really the sign of a good DM.

The D stands for Defensive. Which he isn't that good at, 'cause he is up front trying to assist and play throughballs... ;-)

We don't play with a designated DM and we havent for a while. Song and Arteta rotate throughout the whole game.

Wenger obviously wants Song to contribute offensively, which as we have seen he is quite capable of. Whether it's the right decision idk because at times the back four could do with a little shielding.

For large stretches of this season we seemed to not know how to win.

Recently we almost look like we don't know how to lose.

First time in PL history that a team has come from behind to win 4 times in a row.

1 point from third.

Next week we have Everton. Tottenham have Stoke. Both tough games but if we were to win against Everton we'd have a good chance of being ahead of them.
