Whats with all the anger around here?

I was disappointed with City because i thought they may actually try to win a game they needed to win. Everyone knows the Arsenal defence is terrible so he plays one out of form guy up front, a guy on the left who tried to get sent off 3 times and had a cry to himself for the rest of the game and Milner. Even despite being so rubbish upfront Ballo had a chance from a corner and Aguero should of scored from a header.

As for Arsenal, yes you 'raped' them with possession football. Still your created a grand total of two chances with this. One was a header (which he should of scored from but meh) and one where your players demonstrated why your so reliant on one guy scoring your goals.

Thats it.

As for the cool theory:
Your goal came from a guy picking up a ball, running forward and lamping it. Thats it.
Your other chances came from a direct counter at the end, and another from a set piece.
The theory is sound. Sometimes football can be a simple game.

Rosicky, Benayoun, Song and Arteta spent most of the time passing sideways.

Thats not taking anything away from the win FFS, its just you need proper plan B to progress to be a comp. winning team. Something Arsenal are a long way from at the moment.

How many times have the words "we should of won by more" or "how didn't we win that game" been said by an Arsenal fan.
You should of won 4-0? Maybe, but you won 1-0. How many games should you of won 1-0 where the triangles and lovely football failed and it was 0-0 or 0-1? There is a reason why you have been out of the title race since last August.

Thats what i meant by "On Arsenal, you need to stop waiting for RvP to do something. You never really looked like scoring until you stopped messing around and just had a shot. "

I apologise for thinking you liked Piers. No one deserves that. :)

Aguero - £38 million
Nasri - £25 million
Dzeko - £27 million
Tevez - £25 million
Balotelli - £25 million
Silva - £24 million
Milner - £24 million

The look on their faces when £10 million Mikel Arteta ruins their season - Priceless.

Ffs. Credit to Wigan. They hit us early, which until recently, would usually mean game over for us.

Thought we might be able to turn it around when Vermaelen scored and we missed a couple of other chances but we were just shit in the second half.

Might as well have subbed Feo off after their second because against teams that park the bus he is just useless. Spent the last 35 minutes trying to show everyone he is striker and was busy being invisible amongst their three centre backs.

Despite the loss the worst thing that came out of the game is Arteta's injury. Sounds like it's the season for him now. Which means more game time for that imbecile Ramsey.

Massive game coming up on Saturday, given that Spurs, Newcastle and Chelsea all have a game in hand

It's obviously must-win for us, but I reckon a loss for you guys would make you nervous...

Already nervous haha.

Arteta out for the season. We haven't won a game without him yet so not liking our chances tbh.

The look on City fans when they realize if they played with half the heart Wigan did they would have had the league sewn up months ago.

I was more nervous going into the Wigan game than i was in the lead up to the game against your bunch of mercenaries. Guess today i found out why.

I'm not sure who I want doing a favour to us because I frankly couldn't even hint at how we are going to perform for the rest of the season.
I think we are a much longer shot of finishing third so I hope you guys do the number on Chelsea.

Really looking forward to tonight's game.

Chelsea will be on a massive high, with a hint of fatigue after the Barca game, Arsenal will be itching to return to form after the Wigan loss, and it starts at 9:30pm!

Perfect.

Still haven't won a game without Arteta. Should have won that game, the cross bar has become Chelski best friend in recent matches.
