Just off google, saved them to my laptop, then in "Edit" in the My Teams section, clicked browse and selected the image I'd saved and it automatically resizes it for you.

No salary cap please...

nearlynrl has a salary cap and it sucks. There's absolutely no problem with how it is.

Obviously if they want to introduce a salary cap to nrlceo that's their choice, but you'd hope(and assume) they made it optional.
