I didn’t think twice about the Luai jersey thing, if it’s not the ‘done thing’ then I’m sure the 19 year old graphic design intern got a stern talking too.

At the end of the day if Penrith did the same you wouldn’t give a shit, we’re all biased towards our own club. When Daine Laurie wore a panthers jersey our forum was flooded with panthers fans saying we had a shit culture and our players didn’t want to be here. Now Too does it and apparently it’s no issue.

Context is everything with To'o and the dogs jersey. Penrith don't indulge in such classless behaviour, especially when new signings are involved.

W/T administration has long way to go, before it can be considered functional.

So doctoring action photos of Luai, and putting him in a W/T jersey, is a small win. :p

Nothing about being classy, or showing respect to Penrith. All that carryon about Ivan's contact with W/T is a tissues of lies, and this is perfect example.
I don’t think the club should really care what the Penrith club think? I’m sure they would think the same.

This is a West Tigers forum, like your lot, we can write what we wish.

The only ones who go on about Ivan, is you lot, that was buried here a season or two ago.

Yeah, I get the Panthers not liking it but I am so glad I saw it before it was taken down.

Right or wrong it will give me joy until it is for real.

There is a phrase used by a political party (in my youth) 'I'm just keeping the bastards (W/T fanbase) honest.'

That's what I'm doing.
Yep, we’re so dishonest, we’ve come dead last the last two seasons and haven’t been in the top 8 since 2011.

Michael Carayanis on twitter:
Wests Tigers boss Shane Richardson has labelled Jarome Luai’s signing as “Greg Inglis” like as the Tigers celebrate the impending arrival of the three-time premiership winner.

Shanes been busy. But talking the right shit.

Shame we have to wait 12 months:(

Shane is completely wrong, by the time Luai arrives in 12 months he will be a 4 time Premiership winner.

Don’t be disappointed if he’s right though, will you.

He’s not really part of the Cleary program anymore.

Unlike Ivan, Shane was quick to praise him in the press a few weeks ago and take the embarrassing risk that he might not sign.

Put his own good name on the line.

All Ivan did was vainly bleat on about how great Nate was and why JL needed him.

This was close to most stupid thing that could possibly be said to retain a player, especially one for a humiliating $450k less than market.

I think it shows a coach who is completely out of touch with reality and believes his own hype.

Ivan didn’t have to say these nasty things but thought he’d be a man.

He is the best coach on earth, sure, but he is also rubbish and shouldn’t stray out of his lane.

If I was smug gm I’d tear his head off.

I don’t get the issue with the Luai picture; he is going to be playing there and that is what he will look like (except on Anzac Day..).

I’d actually rather the photoshop option then the Kiks situation where Kikau actually put on Dogs merch.

The other clubs are competitors and should do whatever they can to promote their brands; it’s the players who are still contracted to us.

Why do we even care about Ivan and the pamfers, too much talk about the enemy.
Has Olam signed yet?
Should I give the second informant another go, at least he got the result right but not the date ha ha
