If Brooksy is the most overpriced half in the game, Hunt is a very close second. Brooksy is looking good now our forwards are finally in the game. He has finally learnt where to kick the ball and has been on point the last 4 or 5 games bar grubbers into the in goal which I think is a tool we can use if he gets that right. A little bit of confidence has gone a long way with Brooks, they should hold off until the last couple of rounds before talking contracts with him.
People will knock him, with some justification, and say last nights performance was a one off, but that performance was built off 5 weeks of pretty solid team footy, I could see that performance coming and said in another post I thought we’d beat the Cowboys comfortably, I was thinking more 30-10, but the boys really turned it on. Yeah cowboys were probably off but they were destroyed by real solid mistake free and relentless footy in the first 20 minutes of that game.
