Your club is divided, it's torn! No one trusts anyone in that joint!
Once a couple of players go (To any NRL team) the fireworks will begin... This Hasler thing isn't going away soon (Especially because you don't have the money or aren't willing to pay him out).

calm down shirley....story has ended.

@ouwet... I don't think its "defamation", I think it is more or less going to be for unfair dismissal if it gets taken to court.

I love it when people predict "something" will happen.

Fearless forecast there.

I love it how you guys were so blind and denied Hasler was even leaving (Look at that monster thread from last month)... We told you the whole time. This has been going on for months not weeks! Manly have done nothing about it now they cannot stop what will happen. I also love it how Manly supporters are deluded enough to believe this story is now dead and buried... Keep telling yourself that.

Could be both? After all they accused him of poaching staff and players (while still under contract with them)... His reputation was at stack (As a professional coach), if they have no proof of it, Hasler would/should be advised to sue.

So will Dollar De$ be coaching the doggies next season you think?

If Canterbury take on Hasler for next year and tell Dymock he doesn't have the job for next year then they are a very unethical operation. They agreed to a one year deal and so should do the honorable thing and stick to it.

Dymock signed the contract knowing Hasler could be coach in 2012 (Hence the clause)... Dymock has been kept in the loop! It's up to the Bulldogs/Hasler now, he might want 1 year off with the pending court case? Or 1 year to plan our 2013 assault.

Making an accusation that they believed to be true is not defamation. Try again.
If unfair dismissal was valid then there would have been more coaches going to their former employers to court. It's not going to court either way.

Well if that's the case then fair enough.

Cheers.

Well thats a relief, the last thing needed is a lengthy court battle.

don't believe that

was written before the press conference where Penn said they were not paying him and he thinks they have evidence if Hasler decides to take legal action
