Manly has made the right decision. Why the f**kwits let it drag on for two months is beyond me. Hasler and Manly should have agreed to part ways the day he agreed to sign with Canterbury.

This decision is the best thing for Hasler, for Manly and for Canterbury.

IMO Manly can't make the 8 in 2012.

Its just a cunning plan to speed up the relocation from Manly upto the Sunshine Coast... :sarcasm:

Well, long term they will have to do something to broaden their reach. More games at Gosford?

Sunshine Coast does look a good fit for Manly.

I can't understand how he has "breached his contract".
I reckon they spent the last two months trying to come up with something so they don't have to pay him out. If their financial position is as iffy as the papers have made them out to be.

Scott Penn: "The board has invited Des to explain his actions, and in the meantime he has been stood down" #NRL #gomanly

The way they're treating him could seriously jeopardise their chances of keeping the likes of Foran and DCE. The playing group is supposedly massively loyal to him.
