All uncle nick uses his phone for, is to listen in to a broadcast of the chooks game when he is holidaying in Greece.

The napkins in a number of his favourite Sydney cafes would be the only trace of evidence against him, and by that time they would have mudcake and coffee stains all over them to make them illegible.

Uncle Nick dont get involved in that bottom feeder shit. He just pays some guy and gives him a burner to get that stuff done.

No, if any device whether it be a phone or laptop is used at work it is fair game. Wanting personal laptops that have been kept at home is stepping over the mark and this is what the NRL wants. I don't blame the Penn's getting legal advice about that.
I don't know about you guys, but the life of my devices is normally in the 2 year mark anyway. Maybe I give mine a harder time than others, or perhaps it is just the upgrade requirements I have. But I can easily see a large number of personal devices have been replaced since the 2-3 year mark indicated. In which case, the new device is completely irrelevant to the investigation. If my work was being investigated and I was being asked to bring in my personal devices, I'd be seeking legal advise too. There is an element of privacy you are entitled too. It doesn't imply you have done anything wrong.

Most corporate phones are generally 2 years, laptops/desktop 2-3 years. Some poorer companies stretch the desktops out to 5.

Lol

Keep up idiot.

They were threatening sanctions if the did not get the phones etc they wanted.

It was in the articles you posted you dill.
there weren't threats and the articles were saying the NRL could sanction them and listed the possible sanctions that could be imposed

they do a forensic audit with these things

the same as they did with Parra last year and they complied and got caught out

No you got caught because that pack of dildos running your club were so stupid that they put their cheating in their meeting minutes.

If that is not THE dumbest thing ever done in the history of a sporting club, then I don't know what is :joy::joy::joy:

they got caught because Seward told the NRL

they had been audited previously and cleared just like every other club who has been caught

Which once again comes back to my point earlier.

You guys were audited....clear
We have been audited.....clear
Storm were audited.....clear

What is it that these incompetent pricks do for an audit? Go around to each club judging who puts on the best morning tea?

If they have all these rules and regulations in place to supposedly take phones etc, why the f*ck are they not doing it for audits?

They are full if shit and they bluffed. Manly did not flinch at the bluff.

This fishing expedition is going to come up with the same result I have when I go fishing.....a waste of time and effort with nothing to show for it.

The audit team gave up when Manly threatened to lock them in a room with Zorba as he explained what was going on. Didn't want to risk their sanity

This whole thing about the NRL being entitled to club staff's private phones and laptops.

If it was legally permissible they'd have them. They don't.
this has nothing to do with what's legal as they aren't the police

it's about what is in the agreement all clubs sign and if handing over your private phone is in that then them's the breaks
