We were losing, we threw the ball to our most dangerous player to try to conjure up a try in the last 5 minutes, and because he couldn't it's his fault we lost. Of course.
To say he was "lame" before that is just rubbish, he was very strong for the first 60 minutes.
If your talking Sandow the ratio is more 2% good / 98%...The 30% good is not worth the 70% bad
I knew somebody would bump this thread. In the words of Gob from Arrested Development, "Come On!"
I irony of Inu right now is mouth watering.
Manu was one of the best players out there today. He made more metres than anyone else and at times, looked to be the only one trying. He 'had' to pass that ball back, otherwise he would have gone out. Any other winger in the comp would have tried the same thing when you are down by four with only a few minutes to go. Had he had support, the play would have paid off.
He consistantly makes meters, consistantly bends the line and is hard to tackle. The unfair, inaccurate Manu bashing that has been going on of late is rather ridiculous.
More like Manu thinking "...I've made a huge mistake"
