You could not have wished for a much larger mess for your semi final opponents to deal with than the one that has hit Souths this week.

Assistant coach and recently retired captain and team mate, his family and private life plastered over all media outlets for all the wrong reasons, his brother in the side, the club and its high ranking officials and owner embroiled in serious accusations and cover ups and the coach being questioned over his knowledge in the scandal.

You can not make that shit up. It doesn't get much worse.

Seriously, if we can't ambush this mob after the week that has been for Souths the joint needs to be blown up.

If it had happened to us, we'd be in the foetal position, unable to get on the bus for the trip to the game.

We have to find that defensive resolve we were showing earlier in the year in games like the Penrith draw.

Parra last night were much better in attack and they have been struggling. Can we lift similarly?

I just hope for a good contest regardless of result. Obviously hope we win, but lets not get smashed out of our first finals game in 7 years with our tails between our legs.

Wow...I was just reading through it all. Was reading for 20 minutes and not even half way the dirt on the club. Unbelievable on many levels. You're on the money, we should be obliterating this rotten club and it's mythical dictator today.

Put it this way, we'll have almost every neutral on our side if we didn't already.

A siege mentality could just as easily work in Souths favour, too. Bennett is a master of exploiting it. Having the world against you can be a very powerful motivator.

If you're reading into Souths week and assuming that means they'll not be up for a huge game you may be very disappointed.

I've told myself not to get too excited, but man I can't help myself! How good does it feel to be in this finals series and every game being sudden death!

I really hope it brings out the best in us!

Let's go!

Why am I getting excited today

I want the Klem to go ballistic. Ponga to slice through from receiving the ball at fullback. Edrick, to do, we’ll, the things that only Edrick can.
