These are the types of games where having Sheens as the coach gives us a chance to win. If our halves can implement whatever Sheenius plan he has concocted then we can win.

Say what you like about Brooks but he always plays out of his skin against Souths and he's had a good couple of games recently

I'm tipping Mitchell to try and be physical with Bula, but will get sent off or to the bin and our man to get his fist try for us, feeling Twally might get his first as well?

West Tiger fans aren't known for being cocky against anyone these days, but.............I feel another upset coming lol

South’s are red hot at the moment, Walker and Graham killing it, Latrell going good, Johnston is a try scoring machine, their pack is savage. I reckon we might be in for a shellacking, I’m hoping otherwise. Broncos gave us a cold and Rabbits obliterated them.

And there defence is rock solid... They may not need it against us..Anything’s possible tho. Wakehams got the potential and can kick goals and drop kick. And I keep saying it, this kids mentally tough.. Toas showing something new. Talau’s prob the only player apart from Brooks, that’s mediocre in the starting backline/ team atm. I was watching Twal take hit ups last week and kept wondering why he’s in the team. If they can all hit the line like Pole and if Klemmer can just run hard without that silly little skip and jump and with Bateman back we might do ok..
I think a win would only come for us with south’s injury’s or sin bins tho. Or an extraordinary penalty count and 6 again tally. Or rain

You’re probably right, but one of us will be wrong.

I’ve never wanted to b more wrong coz a win here would do wonders for our season but Pezz will be right
It's simple maths really, if we are to surge into the top 8 and win the comp, then we simply have to beat these teams, we've got this. lol

Then Sheens will truly become "the Sheenius" that he's always believed he was. hahaha

I like Mitchell and he definitely has the X factor, but last weekend he deserved to be sin binned or penalised at the least for shoving both Storm players who tackled him while he was playing the ball, not to mention the knee lifted in the direction of Harry Grant. The rules definitely only apply to some in the NRL because the refs don't have the balls to stand up for themselves.

From the media articles it looks like he has been put on notice, hopefully one of our boys will do something to get under his skin and get him a 10 min rest at some stage 😂

If we lose then so be it but I think most people would be happy to see the boys put in a solid effort and make South work for their points.

We r certainly going to learn a lot about the teams character & whether we have finally turned the corner after the consecutive wins.

Latrell getting binned? hahaa he'd have to bring a machete onto the field and start massacring our players before the refs did anything to that prick

TBF Brisbane were missing 3 of their best players

We need indigenous referees?

I don’t think its got anything to do with him being Indigenous, its his stature in the game. Its like how anybody just needs to tap Teddy to get sent off. In 2021 we played Souths, Latrell got a 4 week suspension from 3 separate incidents which we didn’t receive a single penalty for.

If Latrell gets sent off/binned referees know its going to be a headline. If it gets found by the MRC or judiciary that he shouldnt have been they know they'll pay for it. Its why Joe Nobody from the Warriors got binned for grabbing Clearys jersey and pushing it into his face on Saturday, then an hour later Latrells punches Harry Grant in to back of the head twice and doesnt even get penalised.
