The club was investing nothing in juniors and there wasn’t a better option available to sign, but sure, we should have done that.

So, we miss the finals last year and experience a second year of this crap. Good plan.

What coach have we had since Mal Reilly has been able to coach above the culture of the club?

The squad has been short all year two halves and a hooker. How does he coach our halfback and captain leaving in January? How does he coach our hooker getting a 9 month injury?

If you can’t see our depth is woefully shallow, it’s going to take some time to fix that and ditching the coach now isn’t going to fix that.

While I was infamously against sacking Pearce, much to the ridicule of many, the issue is that the coach isn't getting even close to the most out of what he has, and has allowed the depth to dwindle to this under his watch too.
