I wouldn't mind seeing AD come on for 20 or 30 minutes in the backrow and play a Wade Graham type ball player on the edge while he builds up his match fitness.

I thought this was a good idea or playing him at lock but I'm thinking now we should throw him into the 6 role. Just see who is better Brooks or AD.

I would be happy with that but I can't see Noddy dropping Brooks, or be allowed to, until the next coach has been appointed and has their say.

Brooks needs to remain in the shop window in order for club to lure a sucker to remove the liabilty from the books

I don’t think Noddy will be able to stand a faulty halves combo.. He’s lived it and knows how important it is.. He will be allowed to pick and choose the halves, because WT knows he’s a halves specialist and need to know what he’s got and they know Brooks has major weaknesses with some strengths . But Madge for whatever reason just never tried to fix it apart from moving him to 6 way too late, which didn’t really fix the Brooks problem..

I think Hastings and Brooks are coming along ok, they’ve put together some pretty nice plays in recent times and really they’ve only played a few games together. Brooks kicking is dodgy at times but I would prefer they stop stuffing around with hooker and halves. Liddle needs to play 80. Our bench utility needs to be versatile, Peachy or maybe Nu Brown could be options. I’d be happy with Brown if he could slot into the centres in a crunch. If we could keep the same team on the park for a few weeks things might start to turn around for us, centres have been a massive issue with ins and outs constantly, it’s such an important position in defence and it’s hard to play if you lack experience there

They had their grand final last week against the eels.

Thanks to tgatdoubt Gus is back at their training now, doing his aimless pointing at a wheelie bin for the Fox cameras and Big League journalists.

If I was Noddy, Id just be telling the boys to:

“work out the game plan amongst yourselves”

We should give them a sound beating.

Lightning doesn’t strike twice. Rugby league is not a fairy tale.

This is the game that will decide if we were right to sack Madge. “The Reckoning.”
