I keep thinking that Madge wants to see Farah get his 300 games and that is simply wrong, the team must come 1st.

*sigh* you're probably right

how many more games to go?

We just look so much faster and crisper with Liddle. I reckon he's just about ready to handle 80 mins

You can’t pick Liddle off tonight’s game he was very ordinary offered no more than Farah. The one thing I will say is that it’s a one hooker game, you can’t have a hooker off the bench.

Liddle doubled his metres in 1/3rd the amount of minutes

No disrespect to Farah but the game has evolved past him

I don't think we were that bad at all. We really gave it to them and put in close to an 80 minute performance. We didn't get the bounce of the ball and we lack a couple of class players.

As Gus Gould said,

Tigers had some good moments but not enough of them.

It’s as simple as that.

I reckon this is fair. We put in out there and we don't have anywhere near the same team on paper as the Rorters.

We do need some changes. Farah is playing pretty ordinary footy and Liddle needs more game time. Hopefully Mbye comes back and we get some pace in the centres. That is about it though. We need to develop or buy some speed out wide.

Another loss at parramatta stadium

I thought Masters is our biggest problem, we need a reliable goalkicker and a centre who can break through the line (Latrell) comes to my mind. One of those and we probably would have won tonight.

Not bagging him . . . but I'm going to come close . . . Poor old Thompson had 2 critical incidents.
First one is the break and pass to Jennings. Run at the fullback, dummy and step off your left. The FB had no eyes for Thompson. He was always going for our winger.
Second is that diabolical kick trap that rolled onto the touch line.
I just come back from the game. We played with a hell of a lot more enterprise than I've seen in recent weeks. We played OK.
Lapses cost us big time. Just 5 minute lapses . . . but that's all it takes against the rorters.

Easy to say but 9 times out of ten if it’s 2 on 1 you pass. Especially on a soft track. After a half hour of depression I’ve decided it’s ok we lost that game as long as we beat eels next week for 18 points each and sharks lose against Broncos We want top 8 not top 4.

And that's what makes or breaks class players

Thompson is a damn good player but moments like that class players nail 9/10.

Agree we played damn well and I'm not unhappy with the boys efforts, thought the Huth has grown an extra leg these last few games who I've been really impressed with

Farah’s mid tackle count kick in the second half was the game changer. Up to than we had them. Not saying we were going to hold on for another 25 minutes, but we had the momentum and it all went up in smoke.

Also why would you not introduce Liddle at the 30 minute mark when theChooks were blowing for oxygen?? Like Madge as a coach, but his bench rotation seems a bit strange
