Let's wait and see what happens with Watson, my mail is that the done deal at Tigers article this week was premature.

Will recent performances sway Wests in taking us over, especially if it the members are asked to vote?

If that's the case Brown has to gamble and make it happen. There is no other realistic quality out there. His career is on the line and Hodko, Feeney or that spare $100K are not going to save it.

This team has completely killed my interest in rugby league. I see no future, no light at the end of this tunnel anytime soon. I went to Game 2 of Origin and I couldn't have cared less that I was there at any point; start of the game, half time, full time, just didn't care. I can't support another team, I've always supported Newcastle but I can't do this, can't keep watching this team go around. And next year? f**k I don't care. Sign Watson on massive overs, sign more duds, I don't f**king care. Brown says the right things but I'm starting to feel he's just trying to imitate the blokes he was under; no capacity to actually improve the team. The attitude of the club stinks, it shows in the players.

Someone is going to walk out, someone vital to any possible positive future won't be here next year. I can just feel it, I won't blame them at all; club will be a mess, nobody is going to want to play for one another or be the player others want to play with; whatever that motto that seemed to have worked and inspired the generation of players that brought success to the club has died.

Nobody will come here. No coach to radically shape the way we play or the structures in place at training. Nobody to drastically change our attitude. No corporate sponsors that will even make us competitive with mid table clubs, nobody to help us secure truly promising talents. No players to help lead us, no players to fill in the right gaps.

Just no hope for this team.

didn't watch the game after promising myself I wouldn't following the dragons game. Friends went to the game and said we were that shit in the first half that the team was booed off at their home ground.

Pretty sure they were booing the Refs mostly. They did probably deserve to get booed but I just can't bring myself to do it.

I couldn't boo them either (even when I was at "that" Broncos game), but I would like to go up to each individual and just ask "what the f**k was that? What are you doing out there? Does this club mean nothing to you?".

The presser was pretty disappointing. Dunno what to expect really, Toovey level blow up maybe?? He knows it was shit, said it was shit. Needs to hugely improve on said shit. Maybe last wk hurt them more then we expected, leading at half time for past 7 weeks I think? And first time this wk that the team was actually backed to perform and they fail miserably. Poor player coaching there, players don't know know how to prepare for a game.

A good 'ol boo should have been given to the playing group. You can not turn up to game day, pay money to support blokes on f**king squillions compared to the average joe, and be content to watch that tripe.

Just not good enough.

These are paid professionals. Now, no matter how f**king useless some of them are, there are absolutley no excuses for being unable to execute the most basic parts of a game that do not require great skill and that these blokes have been doing for years.

And further more..... run f**king hard and tackle f**king hard - if nothing else. At least do that.

18 months of the most utter rubbish for that.

Mooney and brown better produce something out of their wazoos in term of recruitment.

Barry Toohey said today in his new paper gig that the Wests deal is done. No cash, no debt liabilities, pay for half of the new centre of excellence.

A lot of teams played like *rap this weekend - broncos, roosters, panthers, canberra, saints and even parra who actually won. it's not only the Knights who have a lot of problems and put dismal efforts in this weekend.
