I’m not convinced either. The guy could hardly keep up there at times. Even when he threw the cut out pass for Thompson’s first try he was busting his gut just to get to the play the ball.

The kick for Jennings’ try comes off 1-2 times in every 10 he attempts it.

Yes, played well though he still has a lot to do.

Reynolds killed it this week in reggies. 2 tries and 4 try assists. He has to play this week against the dogs. He is the long term option and he would be absolutely gagging to get into the team

Maybe its just me but I feel like fitness won us that game. The Warriors were getting tired, making mistakes and we didn't slow down at any point.

I'm loving Twal as starting prop and Packer coming on off the bench. Twal isn't an impact prop, hes a tireless workhorse that rarely makes an error. Packer is a psycho. Maybe his stats don't show it but you can see it written in his face. The energy and tempo of the game jumps when he comes on.

I haven't been this excited about our pack since Potter circa 2014

The Farah hate is old. The guy is a club legend, stuck through some really shit times at the club (when we were a basket case)

Ever since hes come back we've been a vastly better side apart from the Souths capitulation last year and look like only getting better.

Best hooker option at the club by miles, I just hope we find a solid replacement because Farahs peak still puts him up there in the top 5 dummy halves in the game, even until this day imo.

My main point is Farah is the best option we have ATM. Who else do you want to play dummy half? ET who throws ankle passes? or persist with Liddle who gets injured everytime he runs out of the dressing room

Plenty of praise and big talk about how good Farah is, it's two games in. Plenty of horses look good out of the gate. That said if he can keep this form up all year I for one will be eating large helpings of crow and humble pie. If he can go around next year then great but either way we need to plan for a replacement apart from Liddle.

This will be Farahs last year, this will be his best year to prove to him self he was a great player, we do need a replacement for him next year no doubt, but not this year, fingers cross he doesn’t get injured, but I do see him having a cam smith like year.

My take on Farah.. the seasons prior to his leaving he choked our attack and was the major reason we were the hack's favourite source of income going back to Potter. He went to souths where he did his WT exit sooking in reserves ...considered a bitter retirement but came back and ( drum roll) finally used his head ...accepted Maquire as the pack leader and stepped up....my perception of him has completely changed...not because i see it all differently but because HE'S changed and is finally contributing his ability to a cohesiive game plan instead of (as in prior seasons) tripping it up with some renegade hero image of himself. The past is the past...he's impressed me with everything he's doing and saying right now. ..even going by his take on the last few years i'm pretty sure he regrets the seasons his talent went to waste. Most arent haters...he WAS was a problem for the club but he's figured it out...however long he goes for he's as good or better right now as anyone we could ever afford to buy. ..anyway thaz da way it looks to me whether i'm right or wrong
As mentioned he's actually younger than Smith but the workloads can't be compared.

We have posters on this forum calling Cleary an imposter, Taylor a worthless sack etc etc yet these two and Potter and all had the same line of thinking, move Farah on or be cautious with him. It’s like the Balmain fans don’t give a stiff stuff about winning, only their good bloke juniors.
