As long as no one is concussed apparently by the looks🙄

That’s right, it’s always the topical injury in the news that people clutch pearls over.

Heatstroke can cause the irreparable brain damage and other physical injuries.

We’ve got about 31 degrees and climbing. About zero breeze and no clouds.

You would have thought the RLPA would have made it a central issue.

We could play the game late on Monday night.

Sure it’s going to cost, but they’d still make a dollar.

Sold out and those bulldogs fans merkins will still turn up expecting to indulge in a hit and run with them driving.

Some of them should be gaol or deported to any other country, even if they were born here. I’ve seen them on game days bullying young people.

The Lu ones are ok, I think there’s one. The non Lu ones don’t come here because it’s too civilised.

My buddy knows Dean Pay. Ambition got the better of him.

Ponga should retire while he can still think.

Bateman being rushed in is indicative of the pressure Tim is under.

Back up for Brooksy if needed.

Tim is right to “go nuclear” in his selections at this point in the season.

The side is close to what I would be going with.

Is "rushing him back" correct?

This R3, if he is fit he needs to be there, he is replacing a 19yo who unfortunately, IMO, hasn't got there yet.

Just a shame Papi isn't there:( Though the bench looks good?

But it has been our attack that has been the issue, not sure what they have done about it, but we will see?

Paps is a significant loss, but Bateman brings a lot and will be jumping out of his skin to get back into it.

Win, lose of draw, I like most of our side. That’s the first time I’ve said this for a couple of years now. I’m not sure what else we can do,

We just need to play at or near optimum.

I don’t like their forwards. They look a bit fragile.

There will no doubt be 20 minute drink breaks.

Thinking what we need is for Bateman to say he can’t play with a particular No 7 after the game, win, lose or draw.

Hopefully Brooksys last day at the office in the starting side.

Nothing personal, he’s just been treading water for 4 years and he’s on $1.1m

If he screws this game up, hopefully that drives a stake through the hearts of the brooksy cultists at the club.

It’s hard to be as dodgy as Flanagan, he’s a big match, clutch fail specialist. Expertise in being stupid as well as incompetent. Not his fault.

I’ve just been outside to shampoo the rug. Rug doctors could survive a nuclear war.

Should be unlimited interchange from squad selected after 10 mins….except Brooksy. He goes off, he stays off.
