Effort plays and red zone attack cost us again. All coachable improvements if they want to buy into the message.

KPP goes for however many offloads, no-one within cooee. It's so frustrating. If something happens outside of the rigid gameplan no-one knows wtf is going on. So little football smarts.
Him and Hastings cost us the win in the last 20 seconds.. both having a sleep.. wake the fk up it’s top level football

This, whatever short comings Gamble has at least he presents a somewhat sturdy defensive obstacle and he’s a good support player, Cogger offers none of that
Cogger offers nothing at all. He skated by with no expectation last week because everyone was playing out of their skin on a dour night, but he just offers absolutely nothing. One of the least threatening players in the NRL. He causes defences less problems than Phoenix Crossland.

At least Crossland actually takes on the line and is a willing defender, Cogger sucks

Lack of any support play has absolutely killed us, it’s absolutely criminal Ponga makes a break and not one player within the post code in support, Elliot half break, again not a single support player anywhere near him. Effort areas are killing us
Just one player behind Elliot at the end there and we win.

Phoenix Crossland - Phoenix Freaking Crossland - made more impact in the 5 minutes he was on the field then whatever Cogger thought he was doing for 80. AOB will probably look to have his contract upgraded and extended through the week and laud how brave he was in defense.

His kicking game is Kidley-esque. We could call someone up from the real NRL who would provide more

If Ponga has to spend some time on the sidelines, who are we looking to? Does Pryce get his shot? Gags to fullback?

We have no one with speed. KP makes the break and no one can go with him. Get Armstrong in the team yesterday.

Funnily enough, I thought Crossland was actually getting us on the front foot at the end there. Or maybe I was just shocked to see someone trying their guts out idk.

We could have won it on that Elliot play.
Not sure we have a single fast player that could back up Ponga though which is sad.

Kicking game lost us the game there. We could have really benefitted from Gamble tonight. We couldn't start any set on the front foot because kicking game was horrendous. Can't think of anyone who had a bad game to be honest apart from Cogger and Daniel Saitifi.

I know we did lose but proud of the boys tonight. Really fought hard all game and my heart was pounding the whole last 10 minutes. I wish Gagai's try would have stood because it was magical centre work. Both wingers were good also. We need a bit more speed coming from somewhere though. I think we must have the slowest backline in the comp.

I'd keep it all the same for next week but bring in Gamble for Cogger purely based on the lack of a long kicking game. Leo was amazing again today and Jacob played well. Benchie forwards also did their part. Missing that extra punch from Frizz on the right edge though. Anyone know when he is back?

Boys did well considering the quality of roster they were up against.

Aust Captain out? no problem let's drop in a Golden Boot Winner. 2 mtr freak out ? No problem let's drop in a 2 mtr tall SOO winger.

We are a next tier down from the top clubs challenging for the Premiership. Unless we do something about our cap this won't change any time soon.

The best investment Wests Group can make would be getting Rorters former list manager. Think he's now up at the Dolphins.
