Ring, leave message. Send email 5 mins later, get a call back from a really helpful bloke within the Membership Department. Should be here by the end of the week, if not, he will express post out another pack so he can properly track it.

I couldn't make Saturday and won't make Thursday (based interstate), so I'm not overly fussed.

we don't wanna strap ourselves in - what about in the 80th minute when we want to get up and turn around and jump up and down?


yeah i got into game 1, no worries - they just wrote on blank tickets and the ppl at the gate had to let you in ... and i asked then about game 2 cos i thought there was a fair chance it might not come since it was only really 3 postal days away - and they said there will be a similar membership tent at ANZ and to do the same thing ..... so i'm sure i cna get it ..... just wondering at what point i go, enough is enough please give me a replacement

well judging by the official crowd numbers and a guesstimate of the true crowd I think there must be about 3000 who got in this way and were not counted.

I dropped in to the membership office today enquiring about my 2nd pack which still hasn't arrived. Should receive it by the end of next week. Printed out a paper ticket for tomorrow's game. I asked what happens if I don't receive my 2nd member card? They will reissue one which comes from Hong Kong.

I overheard a membership team member explaining to someone on the phone that they can get a printed ticket. It seems that alot of people are still waiting for their packs.

They were very apologetic, but it still doesn't get me my 2nd upside down bag.

When I spoke to someone in the front office (not the membership team) they kindly explained to me that they had a commitment from the mailhouse they are using that all pre-purchased packs would be sent by the week before the first round. The mailhouse seems to have dropped the ball.

Definitely not a good outcome for us members however hard to blame the team in memberships department for the failings of a contracted outsource provider. Hopefully, with the more professional management team in Ken Edwards and co, we will see better selection of these type of functions in the future.

I think we need to also understand that fixing these issues was part of the original 5 year plan and has been taken over by KE's 'Strategic Plan'. :D

Yeah WTF is that for ? Someone at the pub reckons that you put a cushion in it. It will be handy when I'm 80 I guess. :?

Well it's listed in the membership brochure as a "seat sleeve bag" which is open for interpretation as to what that means.

It looked like that on Saturday. Looking around the ground we also had a stack of people wearing the black polos which are the same colour as the Warriors jersey and white training jerseys. IMO we should be sticking to blue and gold.

We only need a 9 month plan and make sure that everyone gets them by Xmas like the Rabittohs do. Setting a deadline for the week before the season starts is unprofessional and leaves no room for error. The mailhouse didn't drop the ball our club did. If they want things to be different next time then now is the time to do something about it and not at the end of the year.

Has anyone still not received their pack/s?

I still haven't received my 2nd pack, so I arranged for the member card to be reissued. Told it will take 7-14 days to arrive.

Next home game is in 2 weeks, hopefully I get it before then.

This is my 22nd season as a season ticket holder/ticketed member and it has never been this bad before.

yeah I never got mine ... i rang yesterday and they said they'd send out the pack and re-issue the ticket ..... but she never said anything about it taking 7-10 days for my ticket!! - I'll be f'n pissed if it's not in my hand by our next home game
