Membership Packs

so i rang them this morning to find out what to do .... young lady was very nice and apologetic that it didn't come on time, said they know there have been delays

she said they will be printing off passes for people who haven't got their ticket yet and you can pick them up Thu/Fri 9-5 or at a Membership marquee outside the ground on Sat. So I guess you have to ring em and tell em you don't have it so they can print you off a pass.

I am still hoping like hell mine comes before then cos I don't wanna have to queue up and get my pass into the game.

Nope. As I previously mentioned I was a non ticketed member up until 2011. I didn't renew when the membership dept didn't get back to me on numerous occassions. I gave up.
I might rejoin soon but.

I wouldn't bother, all the big games will be moved to ANZ so no problems getting a seat and don't send out passwords for members to purchase seats early

Dealt with Daniel a number of times and he has gone above and beyond on each occasion.

I had an issue with a membership pack that i did not update the mailing address on and it was sent to the wrong address.(my fault)

The people that now live at my old address claim that it never arrived. The person i spoke with looked dodgier than Brad Murray at a TAB.

I spoke with Daniel about this and he re issued a new membership pack straight away.

He sent me a follow up email saying if there is anything else he can do all i needed to do was contact him.

Great service.

This is a massive improvement on previous years.

My membership kit arrived in the mail before Monday, so certain forumites will be pleased to know that I didn't even have to call the membership office...

Bart, that is fantastic that you got your pack in time and didn't have to call the membership office. I am so glad it worked out for you.

But it's all about the ticket, so the rest doesn't really matter and is just tat so they can talk up the value.

Yep, it really is just about the ticket and although it is Wednesday and only 3 postage days before kick-off, I still haven't got my second pack (the one I moved seats with). But not to worry, the membership department sent me a text yesterday with a link to a website to find out what to do if it doesn't arrive and so I am not stressing - will wander to the marquee outside the Cronin stand on Saturday afternoon if it doesn't arrive and get the printed version.

End result, entry to the game on Saturday in my members seats without stress and without having to contact the overworked membership department to arrange anything. Easy - life's good - GO PARRA!!

I don't hold a grudge. I just cannot believe how bad they are. It's a simple job.

I am hopeful that I get my 2 member packs before Saturday. If I don't I will get the printed tickets.

No big deal, still get entry and my member seats.

So it says the tickets will be printed off and available for pickup .... how do they know to print of your ticket if you don't call them first?

Will they have something in the marquee to print of ANY ticket maybe?

Yes it will be pretty simple fo them to print a ticket off. I do it all the time.

Glad you didn't call the office but still thankfully found out what arrangements they've put into place Emjaycee, without getting too upset over whether other people were calling the office or not :thumn:.

I think I worked out what the upside down bag is and I am pretty sure it's a cover to put over your seat at the games. It fits perfectly and I'm assuming the strap it comes with is a seat belt.
