Few new albums coming out at the moment.

Bring Me the Horizon's new album - Sempiternal is pretty damn good.

Killswitch Engage have a new one out which is supposed to be pretty good.

A few people are saying Northlane's new album is a good one too.

The new bmth album is great. IMHO it's their best.

The new KSE album is awesome, makes me realise that Adam d, not Jesse or Howard is the heart soul and brains behind KSE. Adam D is one of the top musical genius's on the planet right now.

Northlane album is pretty good too, still not 100% sold on them though.

Also the new sevendust album came out, it's pretty good. I love these guys, underrated band IMO.

New stone sour album out today. Haven't given it a listen but I know it will be good for a mainstream rock album.

Killswitch's "Disarm The Descent" is pretty good. I was worried that their more melodic stuff would go with Howard Jones leaving, but Jesse Leach has stepped up and delivered a really solid performance.

have given the new stone sour album a run through.. Its quite good, better than Audio Secrecy and House of Gold and Bones Part 1. Although this album is a continuation from HOGAB part 1 and is meant to be one big long story

Went and saw Tool in Adelaide last night after it being postponed from Tuesday (Maynard was too sick to perform), f*cking amazing! Such a good live show, they do the visual and audio sutff so well together. Awesome musicanship.

Going to see Thy Art is Murder and cattle decapitation and three other bands in a couple of weeks... Looking forward to that!!

Baroness' first 3 albums were a fair bit heavier/dirtier. these albums are less 'metal' but it's not much of a stretch imo.

Saw Kamelot the other night at Manning Bar. It was f**king awesome, such a good night.

Anyone else go to Evil Invaders V at Manning bar this weekend? So many amazing bands, standouts though would've been Sadistic Intent, Portal, Grave Upheaval and Vassafor, who played what was probably the heaviest set I've ever seen by any band EVER, just totally barbaric.

Did anyone see Thy Art Is Murder on the Hate Across Australia Tour recently? I saw them in Adelaide, gee they were awesome.

If you didn't ctach them they are supporting Parkway Drive in september. Worth seeing.
