A 28/29 year old coming off 2 serious leg injuries + is injury prone. I'm not convinced he will be as good as some people think...

Peter Sharp was a big reason he signed apparently.....

:sarcasm:

Honestly though, what a f**ken great signing by the Sharks.

Running off Carney *drools*

Great result - might be time for Best to retire (or go to the wing).

He's served us well but he ain't gunna get any better.

I'd put money on the fact that if he can stay fit - he will 'get better'
For 1 of 2 reasons:
He wants to go out ' a winner' and/or he wants to go around another season with Sharks!

Very happy with this signing. Class player.

Need to find a way to keep Wade though Flanno.

Get to it immediately if not sooner.

I'm concerned that the Sharks say they haven't signed Gordon.
Still time for Uncle Tinkler to pick up the phone.

Still concerned about the broken leg.

Remember Russell FAIRFAX, Taniela TUIAKI, Albert KELLY, Jharal YOW YEH.

That injury is not easy to recover from.

what's the G.O here? Have we signed Gordon or not? There is no news on the Skarks website however supposedly Gordon announced he was leaving at a press conference yesterday?

Flanagan said on his twitter that we haven't, so Gus must be losing his marbles.... either that or the pen hasn't gone to paper and they aren't jumping the gun, actually f**k I dunno what's going on....

Agreed to terms and signed are two different things. We are learning from the Snowden saga.

The deal is done but the ink is not on the contract so we are covering our arses. Gould is chucking a hissy fit.

f**k, Gould's head must be about to implode!! The team he hates the most is sitting in 2nd and just (potentiallly) took his biggest attacking weapon off his hands while his beloved Panthers are a rabble.

Aaaah. Life's good.

Apples, oranges, pineapples and bananas. None of the injuries above are even remotely the same and Gordon's would be the least severe. He's only hot a fractured fibula not a comminuted compound fracture/dislocation like JYY.

Why would the Gronkos sitting second make life good for anybody?
