No.

Shame on you for this gutless post man.

I have no time for any born and raised Kiwi who decides he’s really Tongan because he doesn’t like the coach.

I will always support Fus for the Warriors but in my heart of hearts, f**k him
No shame on me whatsoever.

You say no but MCGUIRE says yes :) Im not sulking over it.

Curious to know if the people who don't want those who went to Tonga back feel the same way about Issac Luke?
Some of us NZers only like what suits us. Tongans dont cry when Kata played for us but some NZ posters sulk and thats ok. Its their honest opinion. Im not stressed as some others are lol.

Nobody says anything about that because we want Luke in our team, funny...

He didn't choose anyone over the Kiwis, he wasn't given the choice. Not the same thing.

The others had a choice, they didn't choose New Zealand, so they can f**k off.
Luke chose the Irish and express his interest just like the Tongan players did. Thats the truth!

It’s really not complicated. If you’re not going to be selected for your country but you can play for another “heritage” nation, it makes sense that you would do it.

If you’re a Kiwi and you reject NZ because you want to play for another country over NZ, f**k you.

Simple

He didn't choose Ireland over New Zealand. He wasn't given that choice.

The others had a choice.

You'd have to be pretty dense to not see the difference...

Who said anything about Liu. Samoa never cried (like some kiwis CLEARLY do) when he left the Toa for us.

Why would they? He’s never lived in Samoa in his life. He’s from New Zealand.

Some times it’s honestly like people forget that international sport is about real countries that people are actually from.

He did choose them when he came out and tried to play for them. Everyone knows that.

So it should be..

If your heart is with the Kiwis you don't bail to play for another country.... Unless you happen to not get picked that year

Because it has been beneficial for the island teams to have players be able to play for them as a stepping stone to the tier one teams. If playing for Samoa meant you would never be eligible for NZ or Aussie then many players would not take that risk. It works to their advantage and lets them have guys like Milford play for them.

Luke didn't even end up playing for them.

The reality of the lack of depth in international League means it's a good thing for guys to be able to potentially do that.

It's still not the same thing at all as choosing another country over NZ.

Unless that "heritage" nation embarrasses us, right? Then it's NOT okay! ;)

Why would Samoans cry about Kiwis playing for NZ?

Why would Kiwis cry about Kiwis playing for Tonga or Samoa?

The difference is pretty obvious
Yeah, some should stop crying about the possibilities of the Tongans coming back to play for us. The sulking...please get over it....those people
