enjoy the win mate you beat a reserve grade side, hopefully it gives you guys the momentum to finish higher then 9th for once.
Yeah, I thought your team did play like reserve grade, looks like you can’t win without young Cleary, hope he doesn’t get hurt in SOO, otherwise you may end up below us.

Here we go, you lost, suck it up. BTW, we didn’t have our full squad
We had Nathan Clearly, Jerome Luai, Brian To'o, Liam Martin, Api, and Kurt Capewell out on origin duty. We also had Moses Leota out through suspension. That is not an excuse, it is factual. Now who did you have out?

We can't finish lower than last which will be taken by your lot.

Annnd now let's get to our little porn flimmaker.....this game ruined any chance he has of getting a gig as a half in the NRL that's for sure. f**k the merkin
In his defence he did top the tackle count with 44 , if NRL sitre can be believed, ahead of even Mitch Kenny. Seems like that was what he was sent out to do rather than run the side. That's double a typical Cleary tackle count.

I don't think we need to get the knives out yet, just one of those games where the bounce of the ball went the wrong way consistently.

Take out Liddle's runaway try, and the Penalty Try, and give back Hopgood's try and it's 16-12, literally anyone's game.

Would have liked to see Fish get more support from the other senior players in the pack. Eisenhuth looked okay, but had a real bad error forcing the offload. Sorenson nowhere to seen. Kikau very poor in defence. Leniu afraid to touch the ball.

Burton and May are a terrible halves pairing. May overplayed his hand bigtime and came up with nothing. Although to be fair, the Tigers really worked him over in defence. At least Burton knows what to expect next season playing behind a well beaten pack.

The refereeing was very ordinary (again), but both sides copped it - and all the stoppages really don't suit our game.

Fingers crossed out Origin boys come through the match unscathed, and we can have at least half of them back for next week.

I’ve got no complaint with the result WT deserved there win fair play to them.

I will say though the game is in a real hole right now, at least half the penalties awarded for high shots were farcical, you could argue against the decision not to not award our try and the penalty try to them. They were big calls which prior to this crackdown could have both gone another way.

Last but not least the one thing the crackdown has proven is our players are largely no different to soccer players, sadly, if there is an advantage to be gained players will fake or feign injury and frankly it sucks seeing what we are now seeing every game.

Anyway we weren’t good enough as a team, not sure singling out one or two individuals helps our cause.

The way May drifted across field like the opposition would be in 2 minds or fear him was lols. You're not Cleary mate just run it

Api won't get on the field in SOO
Leota back
Edwards another week back. So will be better
Also that is the worst we will cop. I don't think Martin plays SOO 2 once Crichton is back

And that is were the problem lies. He wasn't out there to defend unless Burton was given the chief play making role. Would have been better promoting Hands and putting May as centre as Momo did SWA.

To underline this game, it's was a non-Panther effort. A game that did not resemble what the club's ethos is all about.

Yea sure, whatever could go wrong, did (pen try, ty disallowed, head shots, etc) go wrong.

The way he covers prop and backrow might keep him on the bench if he goes well. Crichton will rightfully come into the side

The game changers 1) Runaway try to Little 2) Penalty try which should not have been. He had dropped the ball before Jennings tackled. 3) 21 Penalties ridiculous. 4) Yes some of Panthers players did not turn up 4) Watching on TV it seemed the Tigers players were too quick to tackle, was the 10 meters not policed? A loss had to come sometime.

We don't lose players for game 2 anyway. It's on the weekend when there are no NRL games. After the Sharks all we have is players backing up after game 3 vs Warriors.
