As Apey pointed out, Drew did almost set up his defense beforehand. For the record he did this in Classic mafia too when he set up his "derp prediction".

Before that I was trying very hard to start a lynch so your logic is flawed. And again I am responding to a well thought out argument. That is not the way a lynch train works.

Lynch trains are quick sudden lynches based on momentum and minimum logic and reasoning and debate.

Should have stopped there as the rest is irrelevant. There can be good or bad trains, and as always they're result dependent.

No, unless information comes out that he somehow misled us or somehow kept information from us.

I've lost count of the amount of blue I've gotten lynched based on apparent sound reasoning while playing as mafia.

Not suggesting for a second Apey is mafia, but switching from "responsible for town death is bad" to "you offered reasoning, you may lynch town" is as flip floppity pancake as anything Drew did, just on the more aggressive side of the spectrum as opposed to the sitting on the fence Drew does.

Obviously the result does play a part but the reasoning behind it is just as important. People can do things in the game that make them suspicious enough to deserve votes or even be lynched but ultimately they could still be town.
