Mitchell "Passenger" Pearce

Pass to Guerra was the single best moment any of the 4 halves had in the game though. To send a bloke over totally untouched in a game as tough as that takes some doing.

Try assist, several repeat sets and did the majority of the kicks that kept manly on their side of the field but he was a passenger end yourself merkin

You'd think some Roosters fans would be worried by his apparent complete lack of contribution? Since he directly affects our results and whatnot...

Congrats on him for winning, he has copped a lot of criticism this year.

That said he really is an average half and should be nowhere near any rep teams.

4th best half out there tonight and overall fairly quiet. Foran smashing SBW then beating him to set up a try in the corner was the best halves moment for me.

Should get down on bended knee and salubriously kiss whatever Schubert offers up to him, because that's why he has a Premiership ring.

There's just too many geniuss on this forum that wouldn't understand rugby league if it bit them on the arse

The try assist to Aiden Guerra was the play of the game.

Call Pearce what you want just make sure you include "premiership winning halfback"

Gotta love the blind hate.
But I have to remind you ignorance is not an asset and ask yourself where are my team and their halfback. Not celebrating a premiership thats for sure.

Lets also not forget it was DCE that was missing tackles in the second half not Pearce

Manly were short down that side anyway and Guerra ran a great line. That try was a culmination of the plays prior.

The hate is the cherry on top of the ice cream that is the premiership.

Played to his strengths tonight (ie. stay the f**k away from the ball)

Maybe you should wipe that cum out of your eyes, Pearce had 45 receives, second most of any Roosters player.

You must have missed his try assists, the repeat sets he forced etc, as I said wipe the cum out of your eyes, and while your at it, maybe don't let your boyfriend jizz on your face any more, I can't imagine it's too good for your self esteem.

Classic example of re-interpreting events to suit your agenda. No-one would ever in a million years credit a JT or Cronk try assist to lead up work by other players on previous tackles or to deficiencies in the oppositions defensive work. But when it's Mitchell Pearce, we can't possibly admit that he may have done something good, so we explain it away however we can.

I hate Pearce as much as anyone for his lack of performance in sky blue over several years, but he had a pretty good year for the Roosters this year, and he played well last night. To pretend otherwise is to let your bias determine your views.

He's a decent player just isn't as rounded as other 7's. Has done well with his limitations....
