Ryan will tour with the Aussies, and therefore be a shoe in for NSW next year.

Maybe Fitzgibbon might step out of rep football next year and concentrate on the Roosters, leaving Morrison with his deserved chance at a rep jersey late in his career?

I hope so.

I think Fitzgibbon is over-rated.

I would love to see:

11. Hindmarsh
12. Morrison
13. Ryan

Morrison deserves a crack. I bet the selectors will think him too old though to make his debut, no matter how well he plays.

Morrison really wants to play SOO. Thats great for us, we are going to have another forward putting in 110% every match!

how big is tsoulos really? i reckon if he trimmed down and gained some speed he could be like willie mason without the f**cked up personality.

Tsoulos has big potential but its going to take him more time to realise it. He has only played 17 FG games, compaired to masons 104 games. What Tsoulos (and Cannings) needs is time and good players around them and in 2 year time parramatta will have 2 of the competitions best front rowers.

Well, according to www.nrl.com.au:

Iafeta Palea'aesina

Height: 183cm
Weight: 110kg

Justin Tsoulos

Height: 184cm
Weight: 117kg

I don't know how old or new those stats are though.

Agreed.

And does anyone know for sure whether his form lapse was injury-related? At the start of the year he was breaking tackles and not being dominated, offloading and carrying two or three defenders on his back as he carted the ball forward. He was even putting on big hits.

Towards the end of the year his attacking potency faded a tad.

Does anyone know for sure whether it was due to injury? Because damn I'd love to see him back at his best.

yes Eelementary he was playing injured.....he busted his shoulder at some point and never fully recovered but kept playing....as far as i know anyway??

and yes, earlier in the year he was starting to dominate a little, looked quite promising actually, which makes me think he has a bright future

Ok that's good. Well, it's not good he was injured and played injured, but it's good that his drop in form was only due to a niggling injury.

I too have big wraps on him - which is why I became a bit concerned when he dropped in form. He is a future star, is JT.

Tsoulos did a shoulder against Manly at Parramatta, He played the rest of the year with it heavily straped (black straping down his arm was visible under his left sleve.

he will be good down the track, he should be he is a huge unit

but unless his early season training and form is good (or heaven forbid we get injuries) i don't expect him to figure in the starting 17 early in the year???

You could be right.

Although I'd have him ahead of Stringer, personally. If they're both fit, I think Tsoulos is more valuable.

don't know about that, if Stringer is fully fit he could hopefully surprise a few people

but the main thing is with all of these front rowers around Tsoulos might learn something about the front row........other than how to pansy around and get into 5/8 and throw silly passes that he learn't from uncle Corey????? ;-)

Guys like Tsoulos, Cannings, Afasamaga and Mateo are the future of this forward pack. We have all seen what they can do, if they produced that form consistantly then its bright days for parra ahead.
