I think the criticism against Moses is well off the mark. He put in another solid performance out there tonight.

I think anyone that thinks Moses played well is easily pleased. Yes he has improved , almost good enough for state cup now. He tries hard in defense and puts his body on the line but thats about it.

Moses may not have had a blinder last night, but his improvement should be obvious to anyone paying attention. Drinkwater's performance should certainly put to bed any questions about who should be our first choice halfback.

I dont get the push to out Rowdy now that he is playing half decent football in the back row,he actually is better than some of the so called back rowers already at the club after only a month of playing there.

I'd be very disappointed if he was moved on. I can't see him being on top dollars and if he was, I'm sure it would just be due to back loading, in which case he's asking price for next season should be pretty reasonable. He's played better than any second rower in out side this season.

Fordy, I think Lawrence's performance's are more down to his commitment and integrity as a person. He is playing in a position foreign to him and is doing a good job, in fact, most are saying he is our best back rower....it speaks volumes for the guy.

If others would just follow his lead maybe, and I say maybe, we'd be doing a bit better. I am more than happy to keep him in the team, geez, he'd nearly be my captain based on effort alone. I always liked 'Rowdy' so I'm happy to see him finish his contract with us.

Not one aspect of Moses' game is up to scratch. Looks great when he runs the ball but only does it when the ball hits the ground and creates broken play and he is forced to run because he cant pass it as he does in structured play. Even then he looks shit scared and running in a panic so he doesnt get tackled and hurt.
Out of his depth, incapable and f**kin soft as jelly.

Drinkwater looked every inch the player who has played for three clubs in three years. I assume that will soon be four in four.

Going very well is Rowdy. Will be better next year if we keep him. Much better than Siro.

Apart from one really bad miss tackle that led to a Parra try i thought he was ok.If our boys had some desire for the ball in the air or on the ground we may have had a chance of winning that game. Then again Badger and his muppets played extremely well for Parra and took what ever possibility there was of a win away from WT.

Wow! Sam Williams has played just over half the games of most of the others halves and he's right up there. Titans should be looking to do a straight swap with the Raiders.

I switched over to the AFL after Austins 3rd try as it's just to damn painful to contemplate what could've been !

At least with the AFL tonite there's a tigers team that knows how to win & will very likely play finals footy. To think that I detested AFL not that long ago.

Newcastle are that pathetic at the moment even I could score a few against them.

Dead set wooden spooners.

I love watching him play. He just puts in a tonne of effort.

I still like Moses as well but I would have kept Austin for sure.

I certainly do have faith in Moses as a long term quality 1st grader. Its just so inexplicable & reprehensible that we would release an experienced utility back like Austin when we still had him under contract for next to nothing.Heads should roll for this catastrophic decision to not make Austin serve out his contract with us.!!

Mate - I completely agree with you. I have no idea why you let a player like that go. I can accept letting players like Blair go who although I think he is a decent player I think was overpaid.

Letting players go that aren't overpaid and offer plenty is plain stupid.

Austin is definietly better the Moses and yes releasing him was a horrible call.

In every game Blake has played well it's been against shit teams, he has also failed time after time for the raiders in clutch situations. I still think he is a pretty limited half. When he starts carving up a top 4 or even top 8 team I'll join the slashing my wrists crew.
