Actually I pretty much hate every character in How I Met Your Mother. They just all seem to be jerks. Except for Marshall, he's pretty cool.

And I hate the three main characters in Two and a Half Men. And Ashton Kutcher's character. And the rest of them. I really don't like how characters like Barney and Charlie are portrayed as heroes for being sexist.

And Anne Hathaway.

I think you miss the point if you think they are being portrayed as heroes, both Charlie and Barney come across as pretty pathetic and lonely when it comes right down to it.

Also the writers of the show make a point about the attitudes of a lot of women to men.

They come across as pathetic to some people, but they are heroes to others.
All this awesome and legendary stuff he goes on with, people actually believe that what he does is awesome, but I guess that's not the show's fault or intention.
And everyone seemed pretty stoked when Barney had a perfect week..

And compared to Charlie, Allan seems to be the one portrayed as the pathetic loser. But then again that is an awful show.
