betcats i do have a good understanding, i am not a dog player, staff member, owner or anything so its no accomplishment for me. i'm a passioniate member who supports my club.
i just can't stand absolute idiots. someone using history, then history being proven not to be on there side. someone saying anything could happen deadset. yeh the world could end in a few weeks so i predict noone to win. its just stupid rubbish.
if you don't know footy, don't talk it.
i've said all along storm are the only team who provided more last year, how can i possibly be butthurt. i never expected them to go to the gf or be minor prems in the first year, i expected a title within the reign under Des, im estatic he has improved the club this much within such a short time frame. i could careless how some spoon fan dribbles on about nonsense. i stick to facts. the fact is, if we had any coach outside of bellamy or des i would have HUGE concerns on pritchard, inu and a few others in the team. though with Des i have no concern at all. he has proven not just for 1 year, for others with manly. he gets the best out of players. be it a old hack that noone wanted, a untested unknown, or a incosistent player or a genuine star. its the same as bellamy. i have no doubt that bellamy will make lagi setu, junior moors and co very very good players for them. like has norrie and other nuffies.
It's a clear point that anyone with footy knowledge would admit and be excited for if a dogs fan. It's also why i have no doubt Tony Williams will fit in our game plan and back to his best. The thing people realise without really understanding is Des has built our team around a pack. He has enough class in the backline with some genuine stars Barba, Morris and some good solid players e.g Perrett, Turner, Inu To question him with any genuine understanding is one thing. To question him because your some idiot using a theory of "anything could happen" or "history says" when it doesn't is just nonsense.
We might not have a thurston, cronk, benji etc. Though Joshie Reynolds for his 2012 season and the 6 or so games, through 2011 he looks very talented for a 5/8. We can't pluck a superstar halfback out of thin air, though with Kasiano, Tolman, Graham, Pritchard, Tony Williams, Eastwood, Jackson, Fincuane, Halatau doing their job it allows sufficent room for Reynolds, Barba, Inu, Morris to work their magic and Turner and Perrett are more then capable players. This is clearly Des's plan. In last years offseason everyone said shit halfs, rubbish forwards, average backline bla bla, Des worked out a play to suit our strength. I'm sure he is fully aware of our pros and cons and will be working out what to do for 2013.
I'm a fair fan, granted one eyed for the Dogs. Take out the trolling and i can see the goods and the bads in most squads. Just some fans can't handle the truth.
