STP's Core album sh*ts all over anything nirvana done imo.

Soundgardens Badmotorfinger was also a great album, how good is jesus christ pose and Outshined :D

Pearl jams Ten is a good piece of rock.

Alice in Chains Facelift rules over all of the above, Sea of sorrow, man in the box and we die young are all classics!

Core was terrible... why am i arguing this?. Nirvana's has 3 albums that are already labeled as classics, STP are still seen as pearl jam imitators with a heroin addict singer. Can't say i disagree.

They are labelled classics but they're nothing special. I'd listen to STP over Nirvana any day. I don't need Rolling Stone telling me Bleach is one of the great albums when it's obvious that there are hundreds, thousands of far superior albums.

Remember, Nirvana were popular in their time but the legend was born because Kurt blew his head off.

AIC wipe them off the floor.

The first 3 Queen albums. All forgotten by the publuic pretty much when A Night At The Opera was released, but they are full of some great music.

Queen - Keep Yourself Alive, Great King Rat, Liar amongst others
Queen II - March Of The Black Queen, Seven Seas Of Rhye, Loser In The End
Sheer Heart Attack - Brighton Rock, Now I'm Here, Stone Cold Crazy

aic are nothing special either, a few good songs, mostly boring though. I wouldn't listen to anything by them outside of "Dirt".

Blur imo, they one really had one hit, song 2, and that was very successful, i believe they were alot better than just a one hit band, one of my favourite bands, although i must add they are doing very well as the gorillaz, but i liked them better as blur (less commercial)
