pacers get done by 4 in cleveland ... then come out and take the nets by 18 ... danny granger is that man for us right now ... and to keep them to 29 points the entire second half is probably the best defensive effort we've put so far ... although it was the nets so no chance of getting über-excited and only 9 rebounds isn't flash

What about Shaq!

29 points 11 rebounds :O

Shooting 12-16 and 5-9 from the charity with 4 assists  .

Lebron for MVP.

CP3 would be my vote thus far, with Lebron closely behind, with Kobe in at 3. Paul's had six straight double-double of at least 20 points and 10 assists to open the season, surpassing the one and only Oscar Robertson. Add to that about 5 rebounds and 3 steals per game and you have yourself some pretty sweet stats.

Shout out to my Hawks, 5-0 to start the season. Smith out will hurt but boy with the way we're playing even if we go 50/50 while he's out we're still going to be in prime position quarter way into the season. Even stiffs like Solomon Jones are looking like they at least belong on the court for 10 minutes a night, unlike in previous years.

Joe Johnson's on fire for you guys, averaging something like 25 ppg. Bosh is another guy who has started the season with a passion, averaging 26 and 10 per.

Dwyane Wade is another who's off to an amazing start. Dude is averaging nearly 3 steals and 2 blocks! And he's playing 35 minutes a game and scoring close to 30 points! If he ever gets that 3 shot going consistently, look out.

Through the first couple weeks, most disappointing would have to be Nash IMO. Heard him during yesterday's game complaining again about not running enough, hopefully it all clicks for the Suns, would love to see the big fella make a difference on this team, win the title then retire.

And just on yesterday's game, good to see Alston throwing punches while Nash was already on the ground, what a cat.

Looks like Shaq's at it again. Phoenix aren't running as much as they used to which is helping the big man...

Shaq's been pretty good this season. Averaging 16 points and 9 rebounds per. Only thing that worries me about him is injuries. Unless he's managed right (i.e. giving him nights of), he's bound to pick up some significant injury at some stage during the season.

How great is Rose going. The kids made me look like a fool with my pre-season picks for ROTY. Finally a bright spot for the future of Chicago basketball.

Bosh is plain crazy this season. Having JO next to him is really helping...

Yup TT has it right. Well until he got injured that was. For many years JO has wanted a big man to help him out at the Pacers but unfortunately the best we could do was Brad Miller and we still lost him. Having another good big man is really going to help him, take away the double team and less pressure on the defensive end. Too bad that he is ridiculously injury prone.

I hope the Pacers can find a home for Tinsley and that Dunleavy makes a comeback soon because thats over 15 mil of salary cap that have yet to play a game this season for us.

you a pacers fan? ... ah you got great taste in teams :D

ron artest was the man for JO7 but his departure was JO's downfall ... artest was the franchise player, JO was the 2nd man and my boy reggie was a shadow of his former self putting up solid numbers ... JO didn't handle being the franchise player much the same pau gasol didn't but he'll go well like pau has at the lakers

that pistons brawl really f**ked us up ... our whole season got dismantled and who knows how we would have gone with ron artest ... he really was an integral player even if he didn't want to ball and wanted to rap ... i still see that season as the championship lost because if artest was fit we'd have taken detroit in that series

but don't worry tinsley will be gone soon enough, he's been shipped around for so many proposed trades it isn't funny and TJ ford is really running things ... when dunleavy jr comes back we'll be alright ... add to that danny granger and we have a solid foundation to build on we just have alot of garbage outside ford, dunleavy and granger but marquis daniels seems to be doing alright so here's hoping he can prosper

i've got a JO7 jersey and you can turn them in for like a 50% discount on a new pacers jersey ... if it works with the throwbacks i might see if i can ship mine out for a throwback
