Jesus. Thats normally a season ender isn't it? We better find some backup asap. Knowing our luck Robbo will go down now, he's not getting any younger.

Depends. Shillington did his a few years ago and was only out for 7 weeks. Then again Ben Ridge for the tits did his in a trial and the estimate was 3-4 months.

The Sharks are also determined to keep current No. 7 Jeff Robson from the Dragons, believing the veteran can share the hooking duties with Mick Ennis next season.

Wait wait wait...

So Brown won't be in the Halves because we're grooming him for hooker, yet we plan on pairing Robson with Ennis for hooking duties next year?

Other forum suggesting that Gorman is disinterested in paying overs for people like Tamou and Seyzer who are trying to take advantage by asking big money. Also said Carney return is highly unlikely as sponsors wouldn't accept it. FOJ sorted apparently, need to go through the hoops.

Other comments from Gorman: would have a club full of Jack Bird's if possible, incumbency culture noted and Flanno told its a negative, coaching staff worried about Todd Murphy getting smashed because of his size and confidence hence a no show just yet, Tagataese blow-up rumour is bullshit (according to CEO)...can't remember the other shit.

So why buy a player if he's perceived to be too small? Phuqing amateurs

That was direct from article link i posted yesterday, it didnt make sense to me either we have Brown, and Politoni would be cheaper then Robson, and we have 2 young rakes in 20's

The only reason we brought Murphy, he was Barbas room mate in Brisbane. Him and Darren Nicholls were the guys keeping Barba on the straight and narrow.
We tried to get Nicholls as well but Bennett wanted to work with him so we got Stanley.

Chances are we go back for Nicholls as we have no halves now. All our back ups are done.

Watching Blake Austin yesterday only made me more upset. He would of been perfect next to Jack Bird and comes at half the price of Barba.

He did a great, gutsy try-saving tackle & ended up smashing his face into his opponents hip, as he put his body on the line to stop the try.

He was left lying bloodied & dazed near the corner post for about 2 minutes, whilst receiving attention. Ricky was concerned on the sideline, worried about losing his playmaker with the game not over. Then got up & played on. Was understandably a bit quieter after that. Tough bugger.

The question I ask is after such a knock to the head, why didn't he go off for a concussion assessment? It seems so ambiguous the rules with this.
