got bored playing a sport for oxygen thieves
Suallii will reaslise this very quickly too

the NRL challenges you week in week out, while stupor wugby is barely up to NSW RL state cup standard..
Playing for the All Blicks
about twice a year...you'd get a decent hit out

Nobody wants to just play in a useless comp like super rugby

even their internationals wouldn’t provide the standard of competition we see weekly

Switched to Rugby to play in a meaningful World Cup. Did his best and came up short, gets told he wont make it so goes back to what he is actually good at, good for him.

So you travelled from another country back home to use the internet?
You do realise that other countries have... the internet?

You have to be a fairly pathetically lame individual to spend thousands to go on an overseas holiday only to waste time arguing on the internet. Of course I have a wife to travel and do things with, I had no need to "connect" to anybody online because I didn't have anybody worthwhile to travel with.

I’m a Warriors fan through and through, watch every game live, and haven’t watched a single game of super rugby this year… but I’m not going to pretend RTS returning is some massive victory for League over Union. Fact is RTS switched codes, and while he certainly didn’t fail at RU he didn’t achieve the level of success that he did in League, so he’s made the understandable decision to switch back. It’s to the Warriors and NRLs benefit, but I doubt that NZ Rugby is going to have a massive freakout over it either. It’s less about one code beating the other than about RTS making a decision based on where he knows he will personally have the most success.

Exactly. He switched to play in the World Cup, knew he wouldn't make it, so switched back. Good on him.

And if the warriors didn’t have two to three years away from home maybe he never would’ve left at all

or if the warriors weren’t such a poor side before and he was carrying them

remember the warriors in their wisdom let Sean Johnson go before and yet now he’s lauded as a gun again

If his dream was playing for the ab he could’ve done that playing union from the start and not going to league

he did the hard yards and wanted to try something different then realised the grass isn’t always greener and missed rugby league

Just like If sbw had been offered more money at the dogs and allowed to play origin he would’ve stayed in league as well

I just hope his time in union has ruined him like it did others and he is able to readjust to the speed of the nrl fairly quickly

Liar.

"“It has been a dream of mine for a long time to one day play rugby union again, to get this opportunity with New Zealand Rugby, the Blues and Auckland is exciting. The timing feels right to do this now. That said, I have a big year ahead of me and will turn my attention to this opportunity later in the year.”" - RTS https://www.aucklandrugby.co.nz/newsarticle/99771?newsfeedId=972103
