I walked passed it today
Christchurch is a cool city, street art and cool bars everywhere. Only seen 1 wahs Jersey in the city but it's always discussed on the radio and bars.
I saw heaps at the game tonight, here at homebush, there's like more wahs fans rocking up as there was storm fans... its like they've come to Sydney orcome out of the woodwork before hitching a flight to suncorp... could get ugly up there
After my trip out to Penrith I've concluded all the Pakeha league fans from NZ have moved to Oz to live. I've never seen so many people in crisp brand new Warriors jerseys as I did on the train that day.
Heard an interview on ABC radio ( of all places) and there`s no question adding that international flavour by having the Warriors does something for our game that f-ball can`t get close to, and makes them look so parochial. Makes me realise what a P.N.G. team could add as well, that doesn`t mean I think they are ready yet, but in time, wow, can only imagine the hype if a PNG team gets in the same position as the Wah`s.
Question is what do you call a comp with three different countries competing in it? NRL won’t fit.

It all looks and sounds good on paper but in reality sadly PNG is a poor 3rd world country with huge crime and social problems with a large section of the population living below the poverty line.
Doesn`t stop England from having a Rugby League comp and churning out a few good players. Thank you very much.
England aren’t looking to put a team in the NRL though.
Mate, this is a marathon not a sprint, give it 15 years with all the infrastructure around it, a PNG team could be mental for our comp.
