I wasn’t being racist.
I don't think you were being rascist just like i don't think anyone who saw it as innapropriate are snowflakes or overly politically correct. I just think it's one of those things that others have a different perspective on. The middle ground is probably the best place to be. It's not about saying nothing that will offend people. It's about learning from each other where the boundaries are.

The joke was on Inglis. Not on Indigenous people. I can’t agree with the other people’s reaction part though.
Anyone who was offended by it was overreacting.

Then the issue is your very poor word choice. If your "joke" (which was terribly bad) was a slight on Inglis, perhaps you shouldn't have used words that denigrate an entire people.

Nothing to do with overreacting.

How does the word ‘cuzzy’ Denigrate an entire group of people?

You literally cannot go anywhere today without having to deal with PC sooks who get their feelings hurt by every little thing.

This is a footy forum, I thought it was a good escape from that crap.

Mate, there's plenty of other places for racist idiots to have their say. This isn't one of them.
Calm down champ, he's not being racist. Don't get ya knickers in a knot. I have a black Mrs mate, she'd laugh at what he said.

Words are just words until someone gets their feelings hurt. They're just words man, just words...

Congratulations. I'm sure she speaks for every black person.

Thanks for your input.

Why have you got your back up brother? If we, as humans, let something so insignificant as words come between us like this, what chance do we ever have of moving forward? In fact, we are heading backwards at a rapid rate because people cannot find any semblance of kindness within their hearts and are on a bandwagon of over sensitivity causing division everywhere you look and it's getting worse. Anxiety, greed, anger, attachment, jealousy and all of these negative emotions are man made, they are a waste of time.

This trend of negativity and over sensitivity is overcomplicating every aspect of life and the only way to end it is through showing kindness and compassion to others no matter what they do to you. Instead of allowing your first reaction to be condescending, try being nice, I promise you the outcome will be better and you'll be happier in turn. There should not be a moral pissing contest EVERYWHERE you look, rather, people should just be human and good people wherever possible. Learn to laugh more and worry less...I would shudder to think how these sensitive people react when they have something real to stress about. Anyway brother, now I'm the one getting too heavy for a footy forum.

All the best man, smile from within. Life's good.

Seems Moga isn't being rushed back. He'll miss both trials and will be given a 30 min stint in reserves for round 1.

Source 'Toohey's News' I can't provide a link.

if his knee is right I imagine the biggest hurdle will be between the ears. Huge mental strength required to come back from that many injuries.
