you guys haven't stopped whinging about Kimmorley and Orford yet - let alone King.

We haven't stopped whinging about Orford? Why the hell would we be whinging about him when we 1. Have a better halfback now and 2. Are a much better side without him. Try again knackers. Kimmorley, well considering he left about 7 years ago and you still brought it up just about sums up your stupidity really

Would you call this whinging in regard to what i said about Kingy leaving?

Good luck Kingy you've been a magnificent servant of the club and nobody could begrudge you going for that sort of money. Hopefully you can go out on a high ;-)

Have you guys bred a single player yet?

I went to see the Central Coast Storm Flegg side the other week - great to see all the guys who missed out at the Knights trials have a team to play for.

It was a bit funny watching our 5/8, Matt Sharp, handing out a lesson to your 5/8, his older brother.

Get over it mate...Newton left to advance his career and is doing that in Melbourne in a supportive culture under a coach who sets high standards...shame that cannot be said of the Knights.

advance his career

well we didn't need him at newcastle cause he was holding up an up and coming player who is now better than him,lol ...Cory Paterson.

We have simpson and Paterson in the back row and they are going great for the knights

Smithy tried newton at prop but it just didnt work out for him here thats why he got the sooks and left ...there was no place for him in our team

but if melbourne need him .....good luck to them and also to him :)

Wow, funny how you've changed tack now.

Do everyone a favour now and go back to your sh*thole forum where you can whinge all you like about how Newton left your club.

It's funny how you claim Storm fans whinge about King leaving.

Care to find me a single quote from a Storm fan on LU stating thus?

Moron.

I asked the halfwit the same thing and he couldn't answer so as usual he changed the subject to something completely irrelevant in an effort to try and mask his stupidity.........It didn't work

good to see Newton will fit in well down there.

a soulless wanker in a club (sorry, franchise) of soulless wankers.

if you guys can't see that what he did to the Knights was the lowest of the low, you really have NFI. then again, when it comes to RL, thats the norm for storm fans...

Yet the Knights still find room to accomodate druggies like Mitch Sargeant.

Tell me, anyone else fitting that mould down Hunter way?

Actually Mitch isn't what you'd call a 'druggie' he did it once because his girlfriend wanted him to try it.

That and he was unhappy up north and wanted out of the Cowboys.

Coming from someone who doesnt support either team.

You cannot deny that newton blew up and acted like a baby

Countless players get told each season they are not in the clubs future plans. Dane Carlaw as one example was told he wouldnt be resigned. And hes been at Brisbane for 10 years. However i have not seen him blow up, request a mid season release, conduct teary eyed interviews with the media, and take shots at the coach in a roundabout way

Has there ever been a decent footballer come out of the Valentine club?

How can a millionaires suburb produce league players?

Anthony Quinn - nuffie
Clint Newton - spoilt brat
Brett Finch - has there ever been a more over rated player?
Luke Burt - pffftt
Willie Mason - bused in to Valentine to make the rich kids look good - and they turned big and stupid into big and stupid with attitude.
Josh Perry - spongecake
Michael Ennis - dirtiest player in the game

Noones denying that. I don't think you'll find one Storm fan denying that. The point is, we're just sick of people whinging about it.

Sure, he screwed your club, but it's not as if he screwed your club and left for more money. Instead, he was a passionate Knights man who was told by the coaching staff that there was no future for him at the club.

I have no idea how all these pot shots from Knights fans started, but to have the arrogance to come here and say that Storm fans 'whinge' about King leaving is a joke. I don't think you'll find a single Storm fan that wouldn't go to King, shake his hand and wish him the best for the future.

Was I tripping, or did Laurie Daley say something along the lines of "Clint Newton will be on the move next year", as in leaving the Storm? Did I hear that right? I bloody well hope not.
