Henry goes the length of the field with some of the most pitiful tackling attempts you’ll see.

If the Jags are still under the illusion of being a good defensive team, they’re kidding themselves.

I’ve been meaning to ask this of people on here, is it “bad form” to tackle around the ankles in NFL, maybe for fear of injury?

You rarely see it. That example of tackling just then was a disgrace but you do see a lot of it. A lot of arm grabbing.

I notice it mostly near the end zone, if the safety’s beaten by a length they never lay out for an ankle-tap or a proper tackle around the legs.

Is it “not the done the done thing”?
