I'd love to see some old fave franchises back that haven't been used for a while. Mario games are great, but a bit overdosed.

How bout the classic racer 'trilogy' excitebike, 1080, wave race, with the controller ideal for track editor feature? Or Starfox, Metroid is the obvious one, and F-Zero?
What other great Nintendo games from history from NES,SNES,N64,Cube could get the update? That'd really give gamers some serious temptation for WiiU IMO.

Needs more to compete IMO, and more variety. And more big Nintendo non Mario franchise in there. A couple more big guns in there, like Metroid, F Zero and the like, I'd be swaying most definately.
I would have preferred to see an updated HD Metroid trilogy than Wind Waker personally, but both if they got to it would be great!
Yeah I know...I'm demanding ;-)
I'd also love to see Zelda: MM to go with OOT on my 3DS!

It's only been out for a year, and has much more than either of the new next-gen consoles will have on launch, in the way of exclusives. With the price I'd say it would be better value to buy the Wii U now than a PS4 or Xbox One on launch.

Yeah, with a few more Ninty exclusives I'd be happy keeping the 360 for a while and adding Wii U rather than going next gen with PS4/XB1

The price will have to drop and they will have to release some great games very soon for the console to stay alive. Those sales are terrible.

The Wii U launch would have to be one of the worst in history. Far too rushed and not enough quality titles coming through. There only seems to be a couple of exclusive worth owning (NSMBU, Zombie U, Nintendo World) and really none of them are worth going out of your way for.

Like with the 3DS, I'm waiting for the inevitable price drop and a slew of quality titles to come through. When that happens, I can't wait to get my hands on the likes of Pikmin 3, Nintendo World, X, Super Smash, Mario Kart etc.

I got the 3DS for $200 with a free downloadable game. It dropped to $178 last week. Not sure if the sale is still on now. I thought it was great value. I have Animal Crossing, Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart 7 on 3DS, with two DS Pokemon games. And there seems to be quite a few really good games coming soon.

I've got a 3DS and definitely will pick up a Wii u at some point, but yeah needs to be sub 200 with heaps of good games
