I actually think its a good having all of these players out.
If were full strength we wouldnt be resting any players & it is a must to do that. bellamy last night rested 2 non origin players agaisnt a team that will top 8. he will do so again next week & probably the week after as well. Despite being on a 5 game losing streak.
Chad needs more NRL time before he becomes a first grader & Robson needs to step up to a new level. There is some real energuy in the side with Frizz, Leutele Toops & Bakuya. IF the defensive structure hold reasonably well & guys like Jenings, MAnsour & Coote dont get soft trys, we should be OK.

Gallen is a great player but he is putting NSW so far ahead of the sharks its not funny, when will he return for the sharks, because this is a joke, it seems he played for NSW when busted and should have been ruled out, instead we suffer, how much does Ricky hate our club.

Joseph Paulo, ken Sio, Cheyse Blair, Matt Ryan, Josh Mansour, Josh Reynolds. All Rookies with similar amounts of NRL games. The Parra mob have about 4 wins to their names. All are outstanding players. Luke Kelly had 3 NRL games before being purchased mid season to be starting 5/8. We probably should have bought Kelly & let Parra have Chad.
At least with them having Kelly, Sticky wont pursue Todd.

Just heard on the grapevine that Ricky Stuart has offered the Lewis money, plus some, to get Gallen to Parra.

To win tonight we need to bring the same level of intensity displayed in the Brisbane game. Penrith like an unstructured, flowing game. We need to kick to the corners and apply pressure. In attack we need more bodies in motion and play short passes at the line with power runners like frizz and Tupou. Penrith can get quite loose on the edge.

A good start is a must. I reckon if we scored early last week it would have been a different game.

parra need a forward leader and Gallen is one of the best. Obvious move for Stuart to target him. doubt he'd go with the sharks finally looking promising but few would have predicted Lewis leaving Penrith in the middle of a long term contract.
